Apr.12 - SportLand: Serena Williams skipped the Australian Open and it's just a matter of time before we see her return to her first major -- the French Open -- after giving birth to her baby girl last year.
In the meantime, tennis fans have the debut of "Being Serena" to look forward to as HBO released a trailer of the new series Wednesday.
In the first episode of "Being Serena," the tennis star talks about becoming a mom with her husband Alexis Ohanian and what she faces in her return to the game. "The fear of failing it's always there," she says.
Clearly it will highlight Serena's return to the game after winning her last major, the Australian Open last year. This year she played at Indian Wells and Miami. "Without fear, without doubt, without discomfort, what is there for a person to overcome," the winner of 23 Grand Slam singles titles tells the camera.
The documentary is being produced by HBO Sports and IMG. It will begin May 2 on HBO.
